Notice is hereby given that in terms of section 152 of
the Urban Councils Act Chapter 29:15, that the City of Masvingo has an offer of
a limited number of Commercial and Residential Stands.  The stands are located in the High Density
Suburbs of Masvingo.

Condition
of sale

(a)      Applicants
to be on the Council waiting list.

(b)      Interviews will be held
with shortlisted applicants on a first come first served basis.

(c)      Applicants may submit business proposal (for
Commercial Stands) for consideration by Council.

(d)      Applicants who have never benefitted in
Masvingo from either Government or Council will be given first priority.

(e)      Applicants who are current on the waiting
list as at 22^nd May 2020 will be considered.

(f)      Any person wishing to make objections can
lodge the same with the undersigned within a period of 21 days from the date of
the last publication of this advert.
