ACCOUNTS CLERK (REVENUE)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for appointment to the
post of Accounts Clerk Revenue in the Finance Department.
Job Title : Accounts Clerk Revenue
Grade : 11
Reporting To : Assistant Accountant Expenditure
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics
- A Degree in Accounting or any other relevant qualifications
- At least two years relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and also as a team member
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Preparation of bank reconciliation statements for the month
- Clearing of direct deposits from different modes of payments
- Revenue reconciliations from merchant accounts, swipe accounts, one money and pay
now - Banking cash received from clients to our bank account
- Administration of business licenses and taking stock thereof
- Administering beer levy account and ensuring that correspondence are filed
- Any other duties as delegated by the Accounting Assistant Revenue/Expenditure
