ADMINISTRATION CLERK – GRADE 5 (1 POST)

Reporting To : Administration Officer
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
a] 5 O levels including English Language
b] Diploma in Business Administration /Management /Secretarial Studies /Equivalent.
c] 2 years experience in a similar environment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Initiates requisitions to the procurement section and Central Stores
b) Maintains the overtime registers for staff
c) Issues out stationery and consumables
d) Maintains stock inventory
e) Captures data in the Common Seal Register
f) Processes vehicles licenses
g) Maintains Commercial and Industrial waiting list register.
h) Performs any other duty within the scope of this job as assigned by superiors from time to time
