16 days of activism against Gender Based Violence

As City of Masvingo we take part with the rest of the World in commemorating the 16 days of activism against Gender Based Violence. The commemorations begin on the 25^th of November and ends on the 10^th of December. The theme for the year 2022 is, “All lives matter: End Gender Based Violence now.” During the same period, we celebrate the World Aids Day on the 1^st of December with the global theme, “Putting Ourselves to the Test: Achieving Equity to End HIV.” The Ministry of Health and Child Care also participates under the mantra, “Ending HIV/AIDS by 2030.” As we come to the end on the 10^th of December we commemorate the Human rights day with the theme, “Dignity, Freedom and Justice for all.” As City of Masvingo we say zero tolerance to GBV. ALL LIVES MATTER
