His Worship the Mayor Cllr Aleck Tabe, Councillors, Town Clerk Eng Edward Mukaratirwa, Management and Staff join the rest of the nation in celebrating Zimbabwe at 46.

As we commemorate Zimbabwe’s Independence Day, City of Masvingo joins the nation in celebrating the values of freedom, unity, resilience, and national pride that define our great country.
Independence reminds us of the sacrifices made by our heroes and heroines who fought tirelessly to secure the freedom we enjoy today. Their courage and determination laid the foundation upon which we continue to build a prosperous and inclusive Zimbabwe.
As a historic city and the gateway to the magnificent Great Zimbabwe National Monument, Masvingo proudly carries the legacy of our nation’s heritage and identity. This rich history inspires us to continue working together to develop our city, strengthen our communities, and create opportunities for sustainable growth.
City of Masvingo remains committed to delivering quality services, promoting investment, preserving our environment, and enhancing the well-being of all residents as we move forward in the spirit of independence.

City of Masvingo Client Satisfaction Survey 2023 Second Quarter

We are conducting a Client Satisfaction Survey targeting residents, ratepayers, business community, potential investors and other stakeholders’ perceptions and opinions of the City of Masvingo. The findings of this research will be used as a reference in prioritising areas for improvement within Council.
