QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5 ‘O’ levels including English language with a Grade C or better.
• At least a Diploma in Community Development, Development Studies, Sociology, or
  other relevant degree.
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience in a related field.
• 
  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  Develop and implement a wide range of community development activities and
  programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the community in the City of
  Masvingo.
• Collaborate with local community organizations, schools, and residents to identify
  community needs and interests.
• Promotes health and nutrition education, as well as income-generating activities among
  women and youth in the community.
• Coordinate and schedule various community events, such as festivals, fairs, and cultural
  celebrations.
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist in the planning and execution of community
  programs and events.
• Conduct outreach efforts to promote community engagement and participation in
  recreational activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and activities, and make
  recommendations for improvement.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor
