HUMAN RESOURES CLERK – GRADE 5 (1 POST)

Reporting To : Human Resources Officer
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
a) Diploma in Human Resources Management/Equivalent
b) Certificate in Records Management an added advantage
c) 5 `O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics
d) At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Creates and maintains employees’ files and records.
b) Files Human Resources records.
c) Maintains employee personal records
d) Filing and maintenance of staff and pensioners records
e) Captures and dispatches payroll input documents to relevant offices.
f) Maintains physical and computerized staff files.
g) To carry out any other Human Resources functions as delegated by the Human Resources Officer from time to time.
