OPC holds sensitization workshop on procurement and disposal of public assets for City of Masvingo and Masvingo RDC

The Office of the President held a sensitization workshop on procurement and public assets disposal to promote transparency and accountability in public procurement processes.

The workshops aimed at educating participants on the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, which provides for the efficient and effective procurement and disposal of public assets.

The workshops cover topics such as contract management, procurement planning, and disposal of public assets.

Speaking during the one day workshop, Chief Director (Procurement and Public Assets Disposal) in the Office of the President and Cabinet, Dr Michael Mutsanzikwa said the goal is to ensure that public officials and stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities in the procurement process and can carry out their duties effectively.
