The City of Masvingo has officially resolved to enter into a twinning partnership with a Japanese City of Mie Prefecture marking a milestone in international cooperation, cultural exchange, and sustainable development.
The twinning agreement, which is yet to be signed, aims to promote shared learning and technical exchange.
